Warranty Programs

CRi offers Extended Product Warranty coverage on all Maestro In Vivo and Nuance Multispectral imaging systems. The extended product warranty coverage is available under two plans: “Return-to-CRi Extended Product Warranty” and “On-Site Extended Product Warranty”. Both plans are available for an additional 1-year or 3-year period.

For customers who wish to request CRi’s product repair services outside of the warranty and/or extended warranty period, CRi also offers Time and Material Repair on a per-quote-basis.

Eligibility:

• Multispectral imaging products sold directly by CRi to End-user.
• The 1-year and 3-year Extended Warranties must nominally be purchased within 30 days of the initial product purchase. If you purchase an Extended Warranty more than 30 days after the initial purchase date, an inspection and additional charges may be required.
