- New method to detect EGFR activation in FFPE tissue sections (wmv, 56 MB)
Learn about a new integrated approach to assess EGFR activation in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections by measuring sub-cellular localization of phospho-EGFR (pEGFR), total EGFR, and a downstream kinase, phospho-ERK (pERK). Panelists will discuss how to combine commercially developed antibody cocktails with spectral imaging and automated image analysis to accurately and easily determine percent activation of EGFR-positive cells using the detection of pEGFR and pERK as indicators of activation. - Randall K. Wetzel, Director, Cytometry, Cell Signaling Technology - James R. Mansfield, Director, Multispectral Imaging Systems, CRi. November 23, 2010. - Nuance Tips & Tricks Webinar (wmv, 32.1 MB)
- Quantitating multiple protein expressions in intact tissue sections (wmv, 73 MB)
Recording of free webinar by James Mansfield, Director of Multispectral Imaging Systems, providing an overview of how leading scientists are using multi-label imaging in combination with pattern-recognition image analysis software to analyze biomarkers specific to important disease-related cellular states, such as signaling configuration, stem cell pluripotency, and receptor expression. June 17, 2010.
