Nuance™
The Nuance system offers CRi's patented multispectral imaging capabilities at the subcellular, cellular and tissue level. Nuance systems can be easily added onto existing brightfield and fluorescence microscopes with a simple c-mount connection, and are affordable for research labs.
The Nuance system comes in three models:

Nuance EX
The most powerful and versatile Nuance system, the EX images from 450 to 950 nm, which includes most chromogens and fluorophores and NIR fluorophores.

The Nuance FX is compatible with labels between 420 to 720nm, which includes, both fluorescent and chromogenic labels -

The Nuance VX is compatible with chromogenic labels from 420 to 720 nm
All three models are also available with an F-mount lens for larger sample analyses.
Nuance enables users to move well beyond their current limits. As biological imaging becomes more about studying complex systems rather than single events, Nuance enables users to quantitate molecular markers even when co-localized in tissue sections. Nuance produces clear and accurate images of each individual label on a multi-label tissue section whether they are cellular, nuclear or membrane-markers. The Nuance system offers powerful capabilities to separate out autofluorescence in fluorescence microscopy, which dramatically improves signal-to-noise and improves the accuracy of quantitation. The Nuance multispectral imaging systems deliver flow-like data within a morphological context.
