Nuance VX
The Nuance VX multispectral imaging system is provided primarily for those doing chromogenic-based imaging, and is the lower-cost alternative to the FX and EX models. The Nuance VX spans the multispectral range from 420 to 720 nm in defined steps within seconds to capture the multispectral stack. Nuance software to unmixes and analyze data. Spectral libraries can be easily created and utilized for future experiments for single-click unmixing.
Nuance software also includes a unique and patented tool for automatically unmixing images. Tools are also available to view and quantitate signals in either single images, as overlays or as an overall composite showing all your labels in an unmixed image. New to the product mix, we are also pleased to announce that as of version 2.8, Nuance is now compatible with MetaMorph.
