Maestro EX

The new Maestro EX replaces the award-winning Maestro 1 (M1) in vivo imaging system. The Maestro EX improves upon CRi's patented solid-state in vivo spectral imaging technology, giving you the ability to select broad- or narrow-band imaging modes in a small animal imaging system designed from the ground up for fluorescence imaging.

The Maestro EX system comes equipped with a light-tight enclosure, configurable imaging area, solid-state tunable multispectral camera system, software interface and a computer workstation. The hardware is complemented by industry-leading algorithms incorporated in easy-to-use software.

The optimized liquid crystal tunable filter (LCTF) based multispectral camera system captures reflectance and fluorescence images of small animals at multiple wavelengths. A Xenon-based Illuminator with selectable spectral ranges is included. A heated stage and anesthesia kits are available options.

Related Application

The CRi Maestro imaging system has many applications involving a variety of materials, such as probes, cell lines, animal specimens, etc. Certain of these applications and/or materials may require licensing under patents held by third parties. For example, a license from AntiCancer Incorporated, 7917 Ostrow St., San Diego, CA 92111 and/or Caliper Life Sciences, Inc., 68 Elm St., Hopkinton, MA 01748, may be required for certain applications and/or materials. CRi's sale or other transfer of the Maestro™ imaging system does not convey any right or license under such third party patents. It is suggested, therefore, that users of the Maestro™ imaging system consult with counsel to determine whether licensing of such third party patents is required.
